Quality

Since our establishment, we have been manufacturing products using super grade raw material, which is procured from proven vendors and their quality is also traced / checked by chemical analysis before they are approved for manufacturing. Our manufacturing team and team of quality experts together work for striving the quality of the product. They are completely responsible for the quality control and so they strictly monitors the production process.
Once the finished / final good is ready it is checked for its final quality approval by spectro-chemical analysis of the finished alloy. All the wire products offered by us are monitored against dimensional specifications using advanced devices like laser micrometers.

Storage
Alloy and its resistance to oxidation and storage condition determine the durability of solder wire. To reduce the surface oxidation and increase the storage time, we store the items in special boxes like dry nitrogen boxes and in favorable temperature and environment. Our warehouse is installed with special temperature control device that keeps enhancing the shelf life of the product.
All the products are stored in different units, which are clearly labeled with the necessary information. Our store managers and personnel on regular basis conduct the maintenance checks in the unit. This helps us in meeting the urgent bulk requirements of the customers and streamlining the business process. |

For transporting the consignments we have established good relation with the different cargo and courier companies.
